To retain the CCSP, CCST, CCSS, CMT, CFLM, CCSE, and CCSM designations, Customer Service Academy of Jamaica Ltd. (CSAJ) requires all designees to recertify every five (5) years by accumulating 60 points through various activities such as on-the-job experience, continuing education, instruction, research and publishing, membership in a national or international professional organization. Alternatively, the candidate can recertify by retaking the examination ("recertification by examination").
